Built Around a Bigger Table

Honey Brie ATX began in Austin, Texas in 2022 with a love for bringing people together around beautiful food. What started with thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards has grown into a full-service grazing and event catering company creating memorable experiences for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private celebrations and destination events.
​
Today, Honey Brie creates everything from intimate grazing boards and bridal-suite spreads to corporate hospitality, interactive workshops, large-scale grazing installations and branded experiences serving hundreds of guests.
​
Our work has taken us beyond Austin to destination events in Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia, while continuing to create experiences throughout Austin and Central Texas.
​
We've had the opportunity to create events for and alongside nationally recognized brands, luxury retailers, universities, corporate teams and incredible creative partners. Our portfolio includes experiences connected with Kendra Scott, Neiman Marcus, The University of Texas Athletics, Stanley 1913 and others, as well as activations alongside brands such as Bloom Nutrition and Javvy Coffee.

But no matter the size of the event or the name on the invitation, our approach stays personal.

We believe the best events feel intentional. We love receiving an invitation, mood board, brand brief or Pinterest board and finding the little details that can turn food into part of the experience, from florals and colors to custom branding, unexpected menu elements and thoughtful presentation.

Honey Brie ATX was founded by Susan Brannock, who remains personally involved in the creative direction and planning behind Honey Brie events.
​
Susan's approach combines hospitality, food styling and a genuine love of celebration. Whether she's planning an intimate bridal morning, collaborating with an event team on a corporate activation or traveling across the country for a large-scale experience, the goal is always the same: create something beautiful, welcoming and memorable.
​
As Honey Brie continues to grow, so does the table, with an incredible team, creative partners, returning clients and new opportunities throughout Austin and beyond.

Susan founded Honey Brie ATX in 2022 and leads the creative vision behind the brand. From custom menus and grazing design to corporate partnerships, weddings and brand activations, Susan works closely with clients and event teams to bring each experience to life.
​
Her favorite part? Taking an invitation, mood board or big idea and turning it into a table people can't help but gather around.

Christian Brannock
Co-Owner + Operations

Christian helps keep everything behind the scenes moving from logistics and event operations to the many details required to take a Honey Brie experience from the kitchen to the final table.
​
Together, Susan, Christian and the Honey Brie team have grown the company from local charcuterie boards into an Austin-based event catering brand serving weddings, corporate events, luxury activations and select destination experiences.
